Semo Raceway
July 12 Race Results

After a 2 week break for the kart racers, Semo Raceway near Blodgett was back in full swing with
karters from several states vying for the win.  The 1/5 mile clay dirt track was in perfect condition for
some fast laptimes.  Fastest qualifying lap of the evening was made in the Stock Medium class by #67
Joe Warren of Symsonia, KY with a 13.956 seconds.

The Stock Heavy Class was won by Dusty Baggett of Paducah, with Robert Lowery also of Paducah
finishing in 2nd spot.  Stock Medium had the fastest qualifier, Joe Warren, taking the checkered flag
win, holding the kart of Dusty Baggett to a 2nd place finish.  Joe Warren would come back out later in
the Stock Light Class claiming his second victory for the evening.   The Over 35 Class had Roger
Andrews of Marion, Illinois taking his first feature win at Semo Raceway, holding off the kart of Tom
Roslen of Morley to a 2nd place finish.

The Jr Stock had Eric Harris of Murphysboro back in Victory Lane taking the feature win in his class,
and holding the kart of Andrew Glueck of Scott City to a 2nd place finish.  The Jr. Champ class had
Matthew Williamson taking the checkered flag, and Jared Hendrickson finishing in 2nd.  The Yard Kart
Class was won by Destiny Scott of Jackson, and finishing in 2nd place the kart of Elijah King of Risco.
Jr. Sportsman Champ class had Colby Burge of Cape taking the Checkered flag win holding the kart
of Taylor Burge of Puxico to a 2nd place finish.  The Rookie Class had Mason Oberkramer in Victory
Lane with the 1s Kart of Shawn Knuckles of Poplar Bluff finishing in 2nd place.
